Ingredients

  • 3 cloves Garlic (minced)
  • 200 grams Broccoli florets
  • 100 grams Carrot (julienned)
  • 1 large Red bell pepper (sliced)
  • 100 grams Snow peas
  • 2 tablespoons Neutral cooking oil (e.g., vegetable or canola oil)
  • 1 teaspoon Cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons Water
  • 4 servings Cooked jasmine rice or noodles (optional, for serving)

Directions

Step 1

In a small bowl, mix the soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, cornstarch, and water. Set aside as your stir-fry sauce.

Step 2

Heat 1 tablespoon of cooking oil in a large wok or skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the shrimp, squid, and scallops to the wok. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until just cooked through, then remove from the wok and set aside.
