Ingredients

  • 500 grams Beef sirloin steak
  • 60 ml Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon (freshly grated) Ginger
  • 2 cloves (minced) Garlic
  • 50 ml Hoisin sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon Vegetable oil
  • 1 (thinly sliced) Red bell pepper
  • 1 (julienned) Carrot
  • 100 grams Snow peas
  • 300 grams (cooked) Egg noodles
  • 2 (sliced) Green onions
  • 1 tablespoon (optional, for garnish) Sesame seeds

Directions

Step 1

1. Thinly slice the beef sirloin steak into strips and place in a mixing bowl.

2. Add soy sauce, hoisin sauce, grated ginger, and minced garlic to the bowl. Mix well to coat the beef, then set aside to marinate for 10-15 minutes.
