Prepare your workstation by placing the ingredients in separate bowls for easy access.
Take one Oreo cookie and gently press 5 to 6 pieces of candy corn into the filling on top to create the turkey's feathers.
Use a small dollop of chocolate frosting to attach a mini peanut butter cup standing upright in the front of the Oreo cookie. This will be the turkey's body.
