Ingredients

  • 6 Granny Smith apples
  • 400 grams Caramel candies
  • 2 tablespoons Heavy cream
  • 12 Oreo cookies
  • 6 Wooden sticks
  • 1 sheet Parchment paper
  • 0 Optional: melted chocolate for drizzle

Directions

Step 1

Wash and thoroughly dry the Granny Smith apples. Insert a wooden stick into the top of each apple and set them aside.

Step 2

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper to place the dipped apples on as they cool.

Place the Oreo cookies in a large zip-top bag and crush them into small pieces using a rolling pin or mallet. Alternatively, pulse them in a food processor. Transfer the crushed Oreos to a shallow plate or bowl.
