  • 4 slices toast (sourdough or multigrain)

  • 0.25 teaspoon salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Drain the tofu and press it gently with paper towels to remove excess moisture. Cut the tofu into small cubes (about 1 cm each).
