Directions

Step 1

Slice the beef sirloin into thin strips against the grain and place in a bowl.

Step 2

In the bowl, add 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of orange juice, and the cornstarch. Mix well, ensuring the beef is coated. Let it marinate for 10 minutes.
