Ingredients

  • 4 sheets Parchment paper or aluminum foil

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Step 2

Cut the zucchini, carrot, and red bell pepper into thin julienne strips.

Step 3

Chop the parsley finely and set aside.

Slice the lemon in half. Juice one half and thinly slice the other half into rounds.
