  • 1 Lime, juiced
  • 1 cup Shredded lettuce
  • 0.5 cup Shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 tsp Hot sauce (optional)

Directions

Step 1

Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the finely chopped onion and sauté until softened, about 3 minutes.
