Ingredients

  • 6 cups Romaine lettuce
  • 2 cups Cherry tomatoes
  • 1 large Cucumbers
  • 1 small Red onion
  • 1 cup Frozen green peas
  • 1 cup Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 6 slices Bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 cup Sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon Granulated sugar
  • 0.5 teaspoons Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoons Black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Cook the bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crisp. Transfer to a plate lined with paper towels to drain and cool. Once cooled, crumble the bacon into small pieces and set aside.

Wash and dry the romaine lettuce. Chop it into bite-sized pieces and spread evenly in the bottom of a large glass bowl or trifle dish to form the first layer.
