  • 100 grams Unsalted butter (melted)
  • 8 sheets Phyllo pastry sheets
  • 50 grams Breadcrumbs
  • 20 grams Powdered sugar
  • 0 Vanilla ice cream (optional, for serving)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 190°C (375°F). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Step 2

Peel, core, and thinly slice the apples. Place them in a large bowl.
