Ingredients

  • 500 grams Okra (fresh)
  • 4 pieces Green chilies
  • 1 medium-sized Onion
  • 3 pieces Garlic cloves
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric powder

  • 1 teaspoon Coriander powder
  • 2 tablespoons Vegetable oil
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh coriander leaves

Directions

Step 1

Wash the okra thoroughly under running water. Pat them dry with a kitchen towel to remove moisture.

Trim the okra by cutting off both ends, then slice them into bite-sized pieces (approximately 1-inch). Set aside.

Thinly slice the onion and green chilies. Finely mince the garlic cloves.
