  • 0.5 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoon red chili powder
  • 1.5 teaspoons coriander powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro (chopped)

Directions

Step 1

Wash the okra thoroughly and pat them dry using a kitchen towel. Remove the tips and ends, and chop the okra into bite-size pieces.

Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium heat.
