Ingredients

  • 500 grams Ocean perch fillets
  • 120 grams All-purpose flour

  • 200 milliliters Milk

  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Lemon zest
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley
  • 500 milliliters Vegetable oil (for frying)

Directions

Step 1

Rinse the ocean perch fillets under cold water and pat them dry with a paper towel. Chop the fillets into small, bite-sized pieces and set aside.
