Ingredients

  • 3 large ripe bananas
  • 115 grams unsalted butter
  • 150 grams granulated sugar
  • 50 grams brown sugar
  • 2 pcs large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 250 grams all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 160 grams Nutella

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 175°C (350°F). Grease and lightly flour a loaf pan, or line it with parchment paper.

In a mixing bowl, mash the ripe bananas until smooth. Set aside.

Melt the butter in a microwave-safe bowl or on the stovetop. Let it cool slightly, then whisk it together with the granulated sugar and brown sugar until well combined.

Add the eggs and vanilla extract to the sugar-butter mixture, and whisk until smooth and creamy.

In a separate bowl, sift together the all-purpose flour, baking soda, and salt.
