Ingredients

  • 1 large Red bell pepper, thinly sliced

  • 150 grams Shiitake mushrooms, thinly sliced
  • 3 tablespoons Soy sauce (or tamari for gluten-free)
  • 2 tablespoons Oyster sauce (vegan if desired)
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame oil
  • 2 stalks Green onions, chopped
  • 0.5 teaspoons Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoons Black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Soak the glass noodles in warm water for 10 minutes or until softened. Drain and set aside.

Heat a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add the cooking oil and let it heat up for a few seconds.
