In a large mixing bowl, combine 2 cups of mixed millet flour with 0.5 teaspoon of salt.
Gradually add 1 cup of water to the flour mixture, stirring continuously with your fingers to moisten the flour. The consistency should be crumbly yet slightly wet. When clumping the flour between your fingers, it should hold shape but easily crumble when disturbed.
