  • 50 milliliters Water

Step 1

Wash all the green chilies, shallots, and tomatoes to remove any dirt.

Slice the green chilies, shallots, and garlic cloves into smaller pieces.

Quarter the tomatoes and remove the seeds if desired to reduce the liquid content.

In a food processor or blender, add the sliced green chilies, shallots, garlic cloves, and tomatoes. Blend until the mixture becomes a coarse paste.
