Ingredients

  • 300 grams Whole wheat flour
  • 100 grams All-purpose flour
  • 50 grams Rolled oats
  • 50 grams Pumpkin seeds
  • 50 grams Sunflower seeds
  • 20 grams Chia seeds
  • 20 grams Flaxseeds
  • 20 grams Hemp seeds
  • 10 grams Baking powder
  • 5 grams Salt
  • 30 grams Honey
  • 30 milliliters Extra virgin olive oil
  • 300 milliliters Warm water

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease a standard loaf pan with olive oil or line it with parchment paper.

Step 2

In a large mixing bowl, combine whole wheat flour, all-purpose flour, rolled oats, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, chia seeds, flaxseeds, hemp seeds, baking powder, and salt. Mix well to ensure all ingredients are evenly distributed.

Step 3

In a separate bowl or large measuring cup, whisk together the honey, extra virgin olive oil, and warm water until the honey is completely dissolved.

Step 4

Create a well in the center of the dry ingredients and pour in the wet ingredients. Stir until a thick batter forms. It should be thick but easily spreadable.

Step 5

Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan, spreading it evenly with a spatula.

Step 6

Place the loaf pan in the preheated oven and bake for approximately 45 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

Step 7

Remove the bread from the oven and let it cool in the pan for about 10 minutes before transferring it to a wire rack to cool completely.

Step 8

Once cooled, slice and serve. The bread is delicious on its own or can be paired with spreads such as butter, jam, or cheese.
