Ingredients

  • 200 grams sunflower seeds
  • 3 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 4 tablespoons powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons sunflower oil
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 4 slices sliced bread
  • 1 optional, sliced banana
  • 4 optional, whole or sliced strawberries

Directions

Step 1

Spread the sunflower seeds evenly on a baking sheet and toast them in the oven at 350°F (175°C) for about 5-10 minutes, or until they are slightly golden and fragrant.

Allow the toasted sunflower seeds to cool for a few minutes.
