Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground beef
  • 0.5 cup, finely chopped Onion
  • 2 cloves, minced Garlic
  • 1 large Egg
  • 0.5 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tbsp Ketchup
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 0.5 tsp Black pepper
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • 2 tbsp, chopped Parsley

Directions

Step 1

In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, finely chopped onion, minced garlic, and the large egg. Mix well with your hands or a spatula.

Step 2

Add breadcrumbs, Worcestershire sauce, ketchup, salt, and black pepper to the beef mixture. Mix until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.

Step 3

Fold in the chopped parsley to bring freshness to the patties.

Step 4

Take small portions of the mixture (about 2 tablespoons each) and shape them into mini patties, around 2 inches in diameter and about a half-inch thick.

Step 5

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

Step 6

Once the oil is hot, add the mini patties in batches, being careful not to overcrowd the pan.

Step 7

Cook each patty for about 3-4 minutes per side, or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C) and they are browned and cooked through.

Step 8

Remove patties from the skillet and let them drain on a paper towel-lined plate.

Step 9

Serve warm as appetizers or in mini slider buns with your favorite toppings.
