Ingredients

  • 8 cups Kale leaves

  • 2 small fillets Anchovy fillets

Directions

Step 1

Wash the kale leaves thoroughly under cold water to remove any dirt. Dry them using a salad spinner or pat them dry with a clean kitchen towel.
