Ingredients

  • 200 grams granulated sugar
  • 150 grams unsalted butter
  • 100 grams golden syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 100 grams cornflakes
  • 200 grams dark chocolate

Directions

Step 1

Line a 20 cm x 20 cm square baking tin with parchment paper.

In a medium saucepan, combine the granulated sugar, unsalted butter, and golden syrup over medium heat, stirring constantly until the sugar dissolves.
