Ingredients

  • 2 cups Rolled oats
  • 1 cup Pumpkin seeds
  • 0.5 cup Sunflower seeds
  • 0.5 cup Golden raisins
  • 0.25 cup Maple syrup
  • 0.25 cup Coconut oil, melted
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon Ground cinnamon
  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 cups Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup Fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 1 cup Fresh blueberries

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C).

In a large mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats, pumpkin seeds, and sunflower seeds.

In a small saucepan over low heat, mix together the maple syrup, melted coconut oil, vanilla extract, ground cinnamon, and salt. Stir until well combined.
