Ingredients

  • 1 cup Pumpkin seeds
  • 1 cup Sunflower seeds
  • 1 cup Shredded coconut (unsweetened)

  • 0.25 cup Flaxseeds
  • 0.25 cup Coconut oil
  • 0.33 cup Honey or maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 cup Dried cranberries
  • 0.5 cup Dried apricots, chopped

Directions

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 325°F (165°C). Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.

Step 2

In a large bowl, combine the pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, shredded coconut, chia seeds, and flaxseeds.
