Ingredients

  • 50 grams Powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 100 grams Strawberry or raspberry preserves
  • 12 pieces Egg roll wrappers
  • 500 ml Vegetable oil
  • 3 tablespoons Cinnamon sugar

Directions

Step 1

In a medium mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Stir until smooth and creamy.

Place one egg roll wrapper on a clean, dry surface with one corner pointing towards you, like a diamond shape.
