Ingredients

  • 2 cups basmati rice
  • 3.5 cups water
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Directions

Step 1

Rinse the basmati rice under cold water until the water runs clear, then soak it in enough water to cover it for at least 15 minutes. Drain and set aside.
