Ingredients

  • 3 cups puffed rice cereal
  • 1 cup sunflower seed butter
  • 1 cup honey

  • 0.5 cup dried cranberries
  • 0.5 cup mini chocolate chips

Directions

Step 1

Line a 9x13 inch baking pan with parchment paper, leaving some overhang on the sides for easy removal.

In a large saucepan over medium heat, combine the sunflower seed butter and honey. Stir continuously until the mixture is smooth and well-blended, about 3 to 4 minutes.

Remove the saucepan from heat and stir in vanilla extract and sea salt until well incorporated.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the puffed rice cereal, dried cranberries, and mini chocolate chips.
