  • 1 tablespoon Ginger
  • 2 Green chilies
  • 0.5 cup Cilantro leaves
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin powder

  • 1 teaspoon Garam masala
  • 0.5 teaspoon Red chili powder
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons Oil

Directions

Step 1

Finely chop the large onion, green chilies, and cilantro leaves.

Step 2

In a blender or food processor, add the garlic cloves and ginger, and blend to form a smooth paste.

Step 3

In a large mixing bowl, combine the minced chicken, chopped onion, green chilies, cilantro, ginger-garlic paste, cumin powder, coriander powder, garam masala, red chili powder, lemon juice, salt, and breadcrumbs.

Step 4

Mix all the ingredients thoroughly until well combined. It is advisable to use your hands for better integration.
