  • 120 milliliters Whole milk
  • 2 medium Apples (peeled, cored, and diced)
  • 1 teaspoon Lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons Pearl sugar or coarse sugar (optional, for topping)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 190°C (375°F). Line a standard 12-cup muffin tin with paper liners or lightly grease the tin.

In a medium bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking powder, ground cinnamon, ground cardamom, and salt. Set aside.
