Ingredients

  • 450 grams Beef sirloin steak
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Ground black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 3 cloves Garlic cloves
  • 4 tablespoons Balsamic vinegar
  • 3 tablespoons Honey
  • 2 tablespoons Soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons Water
  • 300 grams Egg noodles
  • 2 stalks Green onions
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame seeds

Directions

Step 1

Pat the beef sirloin dry with a paper towel and slice thinly against the grain into bite-sized strips. Season with salt and ground black pepper. Set aside.

Step 2

Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the sliced beef in batches, searing each side for about 1-2 minutes until browned. Remove the beef from the skillet and set aside.

Reduce heat to medium and add the remaining 1 tablespoon of olive oil to the skillet. Mince the garlic cloves and sauté them for 30 seconds until fragrant.
