  • 2 teaspoons cornstarch
  • 3 units garlic cloves (minced)
  • 1 tablespoon ginger (minced)
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 unit carrot (julienned)
  • 1 unit bell pepper (sliced)
  • 2 units green onions (sliced)
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 125 milliliters water or beef broth
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds (optional, for garnish)

Directions

Step 1

Slice the beef thinly against the grain into bite-sized strips. Place the slices into a bowl and toss with 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, 1 teaspoon of cornstarch, and 1 teaspoon of vegetable oil. Let it marinate for 15 minutes.

Cook the egg noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
