  • 75 grams Unsalted butter (melted)
  • 450 grams Cream cheese (softened)
  • 100 grams Powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 250 milliliters Whipping cream (cold)
  • 150 grams Caramel sauce
  • 100 grams Roasted peanuts (chopped)
  • 100 grams Milk chocolate (melted, for drizzling)
  • 3 bars Snickers bars (chopped)

Directions

Step 1

Prepare the crust: Place the chocolate sandwich cookies in a food processor and blend until fine crumbs form. Add the melted butter and pulse until the mixture resembles wet sand.

Step 2

Press the cookie crumb mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch (23 cm) springform pan. Use the back of a spoon to pack it tightly and evenly. Refrigerate to set while you prepare the filling.
