  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar

  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley
  • 150 milliliters water

Directions

Step 1

Peel and slice the carrots into thin rounds, approximately 1/4 inch thick.

Mince the garlic and finely chop the fresh parsley. Set both aside.

In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
