  • 1 liter water

Directions

Step 1

Wash the new potatoes thoroughly, leaving the skin on. If the potatoes are large, cut them into halves or quarters to ensure even cooking.

Bring 1 liter of water to a boil in a large pot. Add a pinch of salt and the new potatoes. Boil for 15-20 minutes, or until fork-tender. Drain the potatoes and set aside.
