Ingredients

  • 1 head Napa cabbage
  • 2 medium Carrot
  • 1 large Red bell pepper
  • 4 stalks Green onions (scallions)
  • 0.5 cup Cilantro
  • 2 tablespoons Sesame seeds
  • 3 tablespoons Rice vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons Soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon Honey
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger (grated)
  • 1 clove Garlic (minced)
  • 2 tablespoons Vegetable oil

Directions

Step 1

Remove the outer leaves of the Napa cabbage, then chop it into thin slices. Rinse thoroughly under cold water and pat dry.

Step 2

Peel and julienne the carrots into thin matchstick-like strips. Thinly slice the red bell pepper and green onions, and roughly chop the cilantro leaves.

Step 3

In a small dry skillet over medium heat, toast the sesame seeds until golden and fragrant. Set aside to cool.
