Ingredients

  • 4 pieces Bone-in pork chops
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 4 Garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh thyme leaves

  • 1 teaspoon Ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Honey
  • 1 cup Chicken broth
  • 2 tablespoons Unsalted butter

Directions

Step 1

Pat pork chops dry with paper towels and set them aside.

Step 2

In a small bowl, mix together minced garlic, thyme leaves, smoked paprika, ground cumin, salt, and black pepper.

Rub the spice mixture evenly onto both sides of the pork chops. Let them rest at room temperature for 10 minutes to marinate.
