Directions

Step 1

In a large mixing bowl, combine the peanut butter, softened butter, and vanilla extract. Use a hand mixer or stand mixer to beat until smooth and creamy.

Gradually add the powdered sugar to the peanut butter mixture, beating on low speed until fully incorporated and the mixture forms a stiff dough.

Roll the dough into 1-inch balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat. You should have approximately 36 balls.

Chill the peanut butter balls in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes or until firm.
