Ingredients

  • 500 grams Prawns (peeled and deveined)
  • 2 teaspoons Mustard seeds
  • 3 pieces Dried red chilies

  • 1 teaspoon Red chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 tablespoon Lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons Vegetable oil or mustard oil
  • 8 pieces Curry leaves
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh coriander leaves (chopped)

Directions

Step 1

Clean the prawns thoroughly under running water and pat them dry with a paper towel. Set aside.

In a small bowl, mix turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. Rub this spice mixture evenly over the prawns and let them marinate for 10 minutes.

Heat vegetable oil or mustard oil in a large pan over medium heat.
