Ingredients

  • 4 pieces bone-in pork chops
  • 3 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (optional)

Directions

Step 1

Pat the pork chops dry with paper towels and season both sides with salt, black pepper, and paprika.

Step 2

In a small bowl, whisk together the Dijon mustard, honey, apple cider vinegar, and minced garlic to make the glaze. Set aside.

Step 3

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Once the oil is hot, add the pork chops and sear on one side for 4-5 minutes, until golden brown.

Step 4

Flip the pork chops and cook for another 4-5 minutes on the other side. Transfer the pork chops to a plate and set aside.

Step 5

Reduce the heat to medium-low and add the butter to the skillet, allowing it to melt. Stir in the mustard glaze mixture, scraping up any browned bits from the bottom of the skillet.

Step 6

Return the pork chops to the skillet and spoon the glaze over them. Cover the skillet and let the pork chops cook for an additional 8-10 minutes, or until they reach an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).

Step 7

Remove the pork chops from the skillet and let them rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Step 8

Garnish with fresh chopped parsley, if desired, and serve warm.
