Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons Unsalted butter
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 0.5 cup Dry white wine
  • 1 cup Heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon Whole-grain mustard
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh parsley

Directions

Step 1

Mince the garlic cloves finely and chop the fresh parsley.

Step 2

In a medium saucepan, melt the unsalted butter over medium heat.

Stir in the whole-grain mustard, salt, and black pepper.

Step 8

Simmer the sauce for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until it thickens to your desired consistency.

Step 9

Remove the sauce from heat and stir in the chopped fresh parsley.

Step 10

Taste and adjust seasoning as needed before serving.
