Ingredients

  • 2 pounds Chicken wings
  • 3 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons Whole grain mustard
  • 1 tablespoon Honey
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1.5 teaspoons Caraway seeds
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Chopped parsley (for garnish)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and place a wire rack on top. This setup ensures the wings cook evenly and get crispy.

Step 2

In a large mixing bowl, combine Dijon mustard, whole grain mustard, honey, olive oil, caraway seeds, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Whisk until fully blended.

Step 3

Pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels. Add them to the bowl with the mustard marinade. Toss until the wings are fully coated in the mixture.

Step 4

Arrange the marinated wings in a single layer on the prepared wire rack. Make sure they have a little space between them for air circulation.

Step 5

Bake the wings in the preheated oven for 20 minutes. Flip them over and bake for another 20 minutes, or until golden brown, crispy, and fully cooked (internal temperature should reach 165°F/74°C).

Step 6

Once cooked, remove the wings from the oven and let them rest for 5 minutes. Transfer them to a serving platter.

Step 7

Garnish the wings with freshly chopped parsley for a burst of color and freshness. Serve hot with your preferred dipping sauce or enjoy as is.
