Ingredients

  • 250 g Button mushrooms
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 4 units Garlic cloves
  • 120 g Mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp Fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp Fresh parsley, chopped

  • 0.25 tsp Black pepper
  • 0.25 tsp Paprika (optional)

Directions

Step 1

Clean the mushrooms by wiping them with a damp paper towel. Trim the stems if needed and slice larger mushrooms in half, leaving smaller ones whole.

Peel and mince 2 garlic cloves. Set aside the other 2 cloves for the alioli sauce.

Step 3

Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
