Ingredients

  • 500 g button mushrooms
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 small shallots

  • 120 ml vegetable stock
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 4 sprigs fresh thyme
  • 2 tbsp parsley
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Clean the mushrooms by wiping them with a damp cloth or a soft brush. Trim the ends of the stems if necessary.

Finely dice the shallots and mince the garlic cloves.

Heat the olive oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add the shallots and garlic, and sauté for 2-3 minutes until softened and fragrant.
