  • 1 teaspoon Fresh thyme leaves
  • 1 large Egg
  • 1 tablespoon Water
  • 2 tablespoons All-purpose flour (for dusting)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Finely chop the cremini mushrooms, shallots, and garlic cloves.
