Ingredients

  • 16 pieces button mushrooms
  • 120 grams cream cheese
  • 50 grams Parmesan cheese
  • 30 grams bread crumbs
  • 2 pieces garlic cloves
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley
  • 0.5 teaspoons salt
  • 0.25 teaspoons black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Step 2

Clean the button mushrooms with a damp cloth and remove the stems, setting the caps aside.

Step 3

Finely chop the mushroom stems and garlic cloves.

Step 4

Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the chopped mushroom stems and garlic, cooking for 3-4 minutes until softened. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.

Step 5

In a medium-sized bowl, mix together the cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, bread crumbs, sautéed mushroom stems and garlic, parsley, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
