Ingredients

  • 1 whole Banana
  • 8 whole Strawberries
  • 1 cup Blueberries
  • 1 cup Pineapple chunks
  • 1 handful Spinach leaves
  • 1 cup Orange juice
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt (unsweetened)
  • 2 tablespoons Honey
  • 1 cup Ice cubes

Directions

Step 1

Peel the banana and cut it into slices for easier blending.

Step 2

Wash the strawberries, blueberries, and spinach leaves thoroughly under running water.

Step 3

Remove the green tops of the strawberries and set them aside.

Step 4

If not using pre-cut pineapple chunks, slice a fresh pineapple and measure out 1 cup of chunks.

Step 5

In a blender, add the banana slices, strawberries, blueberries, pineapple chunks, and spinach leaves.

Step 6

Pour in the orange juice and add the Greek yogurt to the blender.

Step 7

Add the honey and ice cubes to the mixture in the blender.
