Ingredients

  • 3 cups All-purpose flour
  • 1 packet Instant yeast
  • 1 tablespoon Granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 cup Warm water (110°F/45°C)
  • 3 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 2 cups Shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon Dried basil
  • 2 tablespoons Butter, melted
  • 2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese, grated (optional)

Directions

Step 1

In a large mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, instant yeast, sugar, and salt. Mix well to incorporate.

Add the warm water and olive oil to the dry ingredients. Stir until the dough starts to come together.

Transfer the dough to a floured surface and knead for 8-10 minutes, or until the dough becomes smooth and elastic.

Place the dough in a lightly oiled bowl, cover with a clean towel, and let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour, or until it doubles in size.
