Ingredients

  • 2 pounds Ground beef (80/20 blend)
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 0.5 cup Milk
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 1 medium Yellow onion, finely chopped

  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1.5 teaspoons Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Dried parsley
  • 0.5 teaspoon Paprika
  • 0.5 cup Ketchup (for glaze)
  • 2 tablespoons Brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Mustard

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease a loaf pan.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, milk, eggs, chopped onion, garlic, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, salt, black pepper, parsley, and paprika.
