  • 1 box Boxed lemon cake mix
  • 1 box (3.4 oz) Instant lemon pudding mix
  • 4 Eggs
  • 0.75 cup Vegetable oil
  • 1 cup Mountain Dew soda
  • 1.5 cups Powdered sugar
  • 3 tablespoons Butter (melted)
  • 2 tablespoons Mountain Dew soda (for glaze)
  • 1 teaspoon Lemon zest (optional)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C) and grease and flour a standard bundt pan.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the lemon cake mix and instant lemon pudding mix.

Add the eggs, vegetable oil, and Mountain Dew soda to the dry ingredients, and mix until the batter is smooth and well incorporated.
