  • 4 lb whole chicken
  • 3 ripe peaches
  • 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice

  • 2 tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1 cup chicken broth

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Pat the chicken dry with paper towels and place it in a large roasting pan.
